1. General

In order to change the language, in which the VW Marketplace is displayed, you’ll first have to log in. Then go to the settings section where you can set your language. You can choose between English, German, French and Spanish. 

2. My Account

If you want to delete your VW account, please contact us.

Don’t worry. You can simply reset your password by clicking here. Enter the email address you have registered with and you will receive an email with a link. Click on this link to get redirected to a web page where you can set your new password.

Click here to create a new VW account. Fill in all the required fields (*) and click on “Save” on the bottom right. You will receive an email with a link. Click on it to activate your account and you are ready to use the VW Marketplace with all its features!

3. Selling

To modify an ad you will have to log in first. If you don’t have a VW account yet, you will have to create one following some simple steps, please see “How do I create an account?”.

Once you are logged in, click on “My ads” in the main menu. You will see all your published ads and under each ad the option to view, edit or delete the ad.

Once you are logged in, click on “Publish ad!” in the main menu. Follow the indicated steps and that’s it!

4. Buying

If you are interested in buying a product, you can contact the seller via our VW marketplace platform. Just click on “Contact” below the ad you are interested in. You can send the user a message and ask whatever you need to clarify e.g. about price, shipping and payments. All the sent and received messages will appear in your messages section afterwards.

You can easily contact with other users to ask them questions about their products or show your interest. Therefore, you will have to log in first. If you don’t have a VW account yet, you will have to create one following some simple steps, please see “How do I create an account?”.

Once you are logged in, click on “Contact” below the ad you are interested in. You can send the user a message, which will appear in your messages section afterwards.

5. Security and Privacy

Your safety is very important to us. So, in order to avoid any kind of scam we recommend you to be careful when giving sensible personal data to unknown people or transferring money in advance.

Please remember that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VW account and password.

We don’t mediate and don’t solve any disagreements between users.

However, if you think that someone is using the platform with an illegal or otherwise inappropriate purpose, please contact us.
